Girl Scouts Art at the Nave

The Nave Museum is collaborating with The Girl Scouts of Greater South Texas to promote art appreciation through the exploration of art history in this free lesson!

Girls will listen to an art history lesson covering the life our museum's namesake artist, Royston Nave. Afterwards, they will get to paint a portrait on canvas just like Mr. Nave. The lesson and activity will take around an hour and thirty minutes to complete. The girls will receive a certificate of completion and a participatory fun patch! This lesson is available once a month to participate in!

This program is for Girl Scout members only! Scouts ages 8 and up are welcome to attend. Only 20 registrants per session.
